The defenition of golden girl is a very sucsefull and beautiful women who people look upto.Nick refers to her in the book as the golden girl. everyone looks up to her and wants a peice of her life.People think the golden girl is living the dream life.

She seems to draw poeple in and can minuplate them to cover for her.Nick protects her at the party so she can have a moment with Gatsby.She leads Gatsby on but knows how to play for Tom as well.
